Domino’s is the second largest pizza chain in America and located in all 50 states. They went public in 2004 and have recently fell on hard times. AfterYoutube videos created by employees went viral, Domino’s has tried to regain trust between them and their consumers.Seeing Domino’s decline in quality and taste, we decided to do some research on how Domino’s is doing through media conversations such as Twitter, Facebook and blogs in order to understand that decline.
